2. Service purpose
LOSTIGO lets users capture an item, obtain AI-assisted condition summaries, share a record, collect recipient confirmation or comments and compare BEFORE / AFTER records where available.
3. Evidence and AI limitations
Records may help document a handover, but we do not guarantee decisive evidentiary value. AI can miss or inaccurately describe damage.
4. User obligations
- use the service lawfully;
- upload only content you are entitled to use;
- review AI output before confirmation;
- respect third-party privacy;
- do not use LOSTIGO for fraud or falsification.
5. Payments and retention
Features, limits, prices and retention periods are listed on the pricing page or in a custom offer.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss or decisions made solely from AI output. Mandatory legal liability remains unaffected.
