Refund & Withdrawal Policy

1. Subscriptions
You may cancel a paid subscription before the next billing period. Access normally continues until the end of the period already paid for.
2. 14-day withdrawal right
Distance contracts generally include a 14-day withdrawal right subject to statutory exceptions. Special rules apply when a digital service starts immediately with the user's express consent.
3. Technical errors and duplicate charges
If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount or a paid function was materially unavailable because of our error, we will review the case and provide a refund or credit where appropriate.
4. Requesting a refund
Email info@lostigo.com with your account email, purchase date, plan or transaction reference and a short explanation.
5. Business plans
B2B, API, white-label and custom services may be subject to separate commercial terms.
